"I’ll be honest, I had to book a hotel immediately at the check-in desk in order to get on the plane to leave the Maldives. This hotel was the first on the list and was really cheap so I booked it blind. Little did I realise that it was in a zoo but what a great zoo! We genuinely enjoyed the huge array of well cared for animals and it was a pleasant, if not amusing, surprising experience. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was well stocked. We are at one of the restaurants in the zoo and the food was excellent too."

"All facilities ! The best zoo , there are a lot of animals and you can feed them. We have been there in the zoo many times but the first time we stay at hotel . Our daughter has a birthday and we spent amazing weekend."

"The dark horse was the arabic lady who took the phone call at the reception when I called from the room on the day of checkout. I asked if we could checkout a little late considering the geopolitical situation with a drone strike on abu dhabi the previous night. I wasn't sure if it was safe to drive back to Dubai. The lady at the reception was very cold, was I not considerate. All she said that she had guests checking in later and that they had to keep the room ready. For one, I knew nobody was coming in, the place was empty because of the uncertainty of things at the time. She allowed us to stay only for an extra half hour. 12:30pm we had to checkout. That was a bad experience, considering the situation which was not normal. It was concerning the safety of my family. She should have obliged."

"Stay was perfect. Staffs were all very welcoming. We got an upgrade to Chalet which was unexpected. Thanks to the African dance celebrations for my Son's birthday. Overall it was a great getaway. Perfect for kids."

"Convenient, we could get in and out of the zoo. Lots of things to do for my 5 yo. The Aldar garden restaurant in the zoo was very reasonably priced. A fun trip, overall. Courteous staff who went out of their way to make us feel comfortable."

"While there weren't any towels in the room when we arrived and no hair conditioner, I can't complain because the convenience outweighed the little blips."

"The experience was amazing and worth all the money. Breakfast wasn't great but serviceable. The whole experience is once in a life time and you can mange with not everything being perfect. Honestly if you have kids it's a must do."
