"Temizlik harika, personelin ilgili ve hızı olağanüstü. Resepsiyonda birçok dil bilen bir bey vardı adını umuttum Türkçe de biliyor bu avantaj. Kahvaltı çeşitliliği gayet yeterli. Safari ve helikopter turu için internetten rezervasyon yapamadık ve resepsiyonda yönlendirmek için hemen yardımcı oldular. Konum harika Mall’e, Al seef’e, frame, gelecek müzesine 10-12 dk arabayla. Manzara çok güzel. Burj Khalifa, frame, Al seef balkondan görünüyor. Bizim tek sıkıntımız otopark oldu. Otelin hemen karşısında ücretsiz otopark var ama her seferinde yer bulamayabilirsiniz. Biz her gün birkaç dakika yer bekledik yer açılması için, son gün yarım saat kadar bekledik birinin çıkması için. Haricinde her şey harika! Yine tercih ederim. Teşekkürler Riviera! "Great location. Short walk (5-10minutes) from Baniyas Metro station. Staff helped me with printing a visa document. We had room with nice creek view. We had another booking but couldn't reach Dubai because of airspace closures. They reimbursed the room rate within 1 day, no questions asked, but with a very nice email. We will certainly stay there again."

"Perfect spot in Deira. Room is clean. Easy access to local food and old Dubai style shops. Not too far from airport. Shuttle bus to the manmade beach is great for taking a short break on a quiet beach. Highly recommend paying a bit more for the creek view for best value as the view is great and can relax at the balcony. Manager is very friendly and helpful in resolving issues."

"The coffee in the morning breakfast is not good at all and below standard. Recommend to change coffee bean brand to a stand one and everything will be perfect."

"I loved the hospitality at the hotel. All staff members were exceptionally kind and ready to help, also it was very pleasant to find welcome greeting card, fruits and sweets on my arrival. The room was clean, quiet, comfortable bed, the air conditioning worked well, so I had a perfect rest. The place is very close to Gold market."

"- Good location. - Nice and friendly staff of the hotel - Good breakfast. - The room well good equipped - Possibility to leave our luggage for free after check out. - Close to metro station"

"- There could be a bigger choice at the dinner( it was only possible to choose from my 5 meals every day, one of them was sandwich and pizza. - There was a shuttle bus to a beach, but didn't know that from the beginning and discovered it at the end of my trip. So it would be good to inform the guests about it when doing check in. - There was a problem with the bathroom tap. I had to fix it many times. - Also there was a green security light in the room in the night. This disturbed me a little bit when sleeping. It wasnt possible to shut it off."
