"Kaldığım en iyi otellerden birisi. Odalar tertemiz ve çok konforlu, odada bizim bile aklımıza gelmeyen çok şey düşünülmüş. Çalışanların hepsi çok kibar ve yardımsever. Ters bir saatte giriş yapmamız gerekmesine rağmen ellerinden geleni yaparak yardımcı oldular. Kahvaltıda çeşit bol ancak Türk damak tadına uygun seçenek sayısı az gelebilir, yine de çalışanlar bizi memnun edebilmek adına ellerinden geleni yaptılar ve bir sonraki gün için özel bir isteğimiz olup olmadığını sordular. Bu şekilde düşünülmek de ayrıca hoşumuza gitti. Herkese tavsiye ediyorum."

"Odanın konumunu Burj Khalifa manzarasına yükselttikleri için odayı beğendik, günlük temizlik ve çarşafların kalitesi hergün değişmesi çok iyiydi. Konum itibariyle Mall’e Shuttle olması , Otopark vale hizmeti, kahvaltısının çeşitli olması ve ayrıca menü düzenlemesi, çalışanların ilgisi, otelin beğendiğim yönleri oldu. Genel olarak iyiydi."

Minibar yetersiz, mobilyalar eskimiş, televizyon kanalları çok az, fön makinesi banyoda kullanılamıyor, resepsiyon iki masa yetersiz, havaalanı transfer pahalı, otel aktivitesi yok denecek düzeyde, otelde ve odada vakit geçirmeyi sağlayan bir sebep bulamadık. Sadece yatmak ve kahvaltı yapmak için kullanılabilir, hint kahvaltısına alışık olmadığımız için sınırlı menü ile yetinmek durumunda kaldık."

"The staff were very responsive and welcoming. The service was 5-star. The breakfast was great, offering both buffet and served breakfast."

"Windows were dirty, not letting you enjoy the Burj Khalifa view fully. We were offered another room but there the windows were worse. The socket in the bathroom was loose, so the hair dryer had to be used in the bedroom."

"Very attentive and professional staff, very clean facilities, big room, great breakfast buffet ,easy reach to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa tower (10mins walk), free underground parking. We stayed at the hotel during the Middle East crisis/conflict time and the staff were handling the whole situation exceptionally!"

"Everything was excellent. The service at the hotel was wonderful, and I would especially like to thank Paul at the concierge. He was incredibly helpful when assisting me with rebooking my flight after Emirates cancelled it. Paul kindly stayed four hours longer after his shift ended to make sure everything was sorted and that I had a new reservation. His dedication, patience, and professionalism made a very stressful situation much easier for me. I am truly grateful for his help and outstanding customer service. ✨🙏 I highly recommend the restaurants in the hotel. I have never eaten such delicious food before. The quality, taste, and presentation of the dishes were truly outstanding. 🍽️✨ Special thanks to the hotel for organising my daughter’s 18th birthday.
