"gece uçuşundan sonra otele geldik ve beklemek için herhangi bir yer yoktu kenara konmuş sandalyelerde beklemek zorunda kaldık. Resepsiyondaki filipinli bayan cok güler yüzlü ve yardım severdi aynı zamanda güvenlik ve oda temizliğide öyle bize üst kat terasa cıkıp kahve alabileceğimizi söylendi,kahvaltılar içinde aynı mekân kullanıyor oraya cıktığımızda sabah erken saat oldugu için uyuklamamız gözlüklü bir bayan sanırım sorumlu ya da yetkiliydi sert bir dille uyardı açıkcası hiç hoş değildi bu hoşgörüsüzlük !"

"Tesis konum olarak çok merkeziydi yakınında avm ve büyük bir hipermarket vardı. Giriş katta bulunan cafe 24 saat açıktı çeşit boldu. Ana cadde üzerinde olduğu için geceleri de çok hareketli bir yerdi gezip dolaşmak dükkanlara bakmak için güzel bir yerdi. Yemek için alternatif de boldu her türlü zevke hitap eden lokantalar ve fast food vardı."

"The staff are very friendly and the appartment very nice and clean. I really loved the location nearby The Souk Mall."
"The breakfast was really cold, this was a major disappointment. The set up looked good and delicious and the warm food was placed in the shaver disk but no heater or burner below. The pratha, dal and sausages and other food was served cold, even the snacks. We asked the lady to put our plates with food in the microwave. So we could eat our breakfast warm. The next day i went and had my breakfast alone, again the food that should have served warmer was cold or lukewarm. I only ate some fruit and drinked jus and thats it. I filled out a form and hopefully u can improve the breakfast to serve the food and snacks warm."
