"They offered to switch our room and gave us one at the Artist Hotel in the city center. So the location is excellent. The staff is helpful and friendly."

"The room itself is quite comfortable; the furniture is a bit worn, but the bathroom is fairly new."

"The staff was great, especially a guy named Ben. He gave us the key and walked us right to our room. He was really easy to joke around with."

"The only downside was the noise outside the hotel. The street was very noisy, with a lot of traffic, making it hard to get a good night's sleep."

"The room is okay if you don’t expect too much. It’s worth for the price. Overall I was satisfied."

"Albert and his family run this hotel and they're great! They're super friendly, welcoming and speak English well. As I arrived very late at night they were kind enough to offer me a place which was closer and more comfortable so I didn't have to walk in the rain, I'm thankful for them. As they just took over the management of the place I wish them good luck and all the best and recommend all travellers to try them!"
