"We had a truly fantastic stay at this hotel in Berat! The facilities are wonderful—everything looks brand new and is clearly well-maintained. The cleanliness was impeccable; absolutely spotless. We especially loved the comfort: the bed was extremely comfortable and the quality linens were top-notch, guaranteeing a great night's sleep. The breakfast was excellent, offering a delicious start to the day. ​But what really made our stay special was the service. The staff deserves a 10/10 (A+)! They were super friendly and attentive.
