"The location is excellent. The cafe below attached to the BnB is totally authentic Albanian. The staff were so helpful, helped us park and carry cases. There are only 3 rooms and room 203 has the balcony the others have a small high window with no view so if you can get the big room! all rooms were spotlessly clean. If you are a vegan you may not fancy that it's above a butchers. But I'd say it's a great experience to stay there at Cuci and so worth it."

"The hotel is in the city center and close to supermarket, ATMs, Restaurants. The room was nice and clean. The staff is nice and available on helping you to find parking spot (the parking is an issue in the whole city). Breakfast is included, salty and sweet options are provided."

"You reach the first floor using the back stairs which are a little narrow and if you have large luggage can be inconvenient. The payments are cash only (as almost all Albania), limitation of parking around the facility (the whole city actually)"

"Staff were very responsive and easy to communicate with, the room was nice and comfortable and the hotel is located in a great spot, just at the base of the hill leading to Berat Castle and close to the promenade where many cafes are located. Breakfast each morning was a nice addition, we were given different food each morning which we enjoyed! We would happily stay here again should we return to Berat."

"Modern furnished apartment directly in the city center. Had the one with the balcony. Decent Breakfast served in the local restaurant in front of the guesthouse. Try also their local dishes - really worth it. Lot of local people enjoy their meals there as well. Owners speak English very well and answer fast. Supermarket and post office just across the street."

"Quite noisy due to the main road in front of the building. You can hear the street noises also while windows are closed. You need to be aware of that if you are sensitive to noises. Room is much smaller than the described 25m²! Shower would be more comfortabler with a shower curtain or a glass separator between shower and toilet - as it is tough not to flood the bathroom while enjoying the shower. TV wasnt working properly due to it lost it's internet connection. Got fixed the other day."
