"The room was quite big and comfortable with a big balcony. Parking in the property available. The kitchen and fridge availability was a big plus."

"Hot water was not always available, especially at peak hours. Soap, shampoo or even toilet paper was at times unavailable or not restocked unless we asked for it. We stayed there for 5 nights and the room was only cleaned once and that's after we asked for it."

The person who attended us was friendly, the room is large and comfortable, the area is quiet, despite having underneath a cafe and a small grocery store, only for basic things. It will be a great starting point to go to Ksmail, 20 minutes or Blue Eye at more affordable prices."

"I will say that the less positive points will be that being on the first floor and without elevator is boring for the bags, that the kitchen should be better equipped and that is in the middle of nowhere."

"This is a newly built property featuring spacious, modern rooms, expansive terraces, and stunning mountain views. The owner was incredibly kind and made sure we had a wonderful stay. There’s a charming little café downstairs—perfect for a fresh start to the morning. It’s just a 12-minute drive to Sarandë. While the building is located next to a road, the double-glazed windows ensured complete quiet."

There is always someone you can rely on from the staff! There is secure parking. Quiet AC, there is always hot water. If I am coming back, I will definitely stay here again."
