"Nice flat, there is everything inside what you need. We were provided with full information about this appartment from the side of the owner. The location ist central, but was enough place to park the car on the road. The swallows built a nest direct next to the living room window. The big grey dog waits in front of the main entrance door. It is friendly."

"There are not so many good shops around the house, but this is a problem of the country, not of this flat. Also it is quite noisy from the street from all sides (sounds from renovation of roads and buildings, dogs, birds, roosters) beeing on the balkony, but there no any dursturbing during sleeping. Payment for the flat with bank transfer looked at first suspicious."

"This apartment made us so happy. The view from the windows was amazing, the kitchen was well stocked with cooking tools/utensils, the bed was good and just everything felt so comfortable. We've stayed in so many apartments that feel very thrown together and may look good in pictures, but aren't very well thought out for actual guests. This apartment, however, really felt like someone could live there, and there were lots of little touches that made our stay so easy. The host, too, was fantastic, and always responded quickly. As far as location, it took us only about seven minutes to get down to the promenade. So easy."

"I work remotely, and I often have video meetings. For the most part, the wifi was fast and reliable, but for some reason, every night around 7:00pm the internet would cut out and it affected my work. Besides that, though, it was fine. One other thing that wasn't a bad thing, just a heads up for future bookers, the host asked me to send a wire transfer to him for the payment, and whenever I hear "wire transfer" I always feel a little cautious. It was all good, though, and everything was legit."

"The apartment is perfect, spotlessly clean, equipped with everything you need during your stay, including air conditioning. Great location in the center of the resort, view from the terrace of the Gulf of Saranda and sunsets. It is close to everything, to the main promenade, to the city beach, to the port, to shops, bars, restaurants and discos. A perfect place to enjoy Saranda's nightlife and a great base to explore the Albanian Riviera and the region's tourist attractions."

"This apartment was everything I'd hoped for. The building is only a couple of years old so everything feels very clean and new. The view is absolutely amazing, especially at sunset. The elevators are very nice and arrive quickly. You can go down to the ground floor and out the back of the building to access steps that will take you down to the promenade in about 5 minutes."
