"Thank you for the amazing stay at the Sunset Cottage 1! Everything was as described on the Booking app, and it even exceeded our expectations! The hosts were very kind, helpful and ready to help with any request we had. The place is fabulous, very close to the beach, and very quiet during day and night. We loved how clean and organised everything was upon our arrival. We will definitely be coming back if we ever visit Ksamil again, and we will reccommend it to our friends and family. Thank you for the great experience!"

"The place is newly furnished and most important, very clean, comfortable and not too close to the hustle and bustle and noise of the resort. Even the couch in the living room was comfortable and we slept very well on it. The personnel polite and responsive to what we needed."

"Everything is new, so no wear and tear.. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with everything. The air-condition works well and there was hot water all the time. We could park out car next of the house, and we didn't have to use it in the village. Our hosts were very friendly."

"The place itself (Ksamil). Very touristic, crowdy and noisy. From time to time there was an unpleasant smell."

"The cottage was the perfect base for our family of 2 adults & 3 kids to explore the Ksamil area. The place was very new, very clean and very comfortable. Our older children appreciated the separate bedroom with 2 single beds, and we brought our own baby crib and shared the bedroom with the little one. The kitchen is a full kitchen and it comes equipped with almost everything you need. The wi-fi is very good, A/C works great, comfortable beds and hot-water available always. Big plus is being able to park your car in the driveway behind closed gate. Aphrodite, the house keeper, was very eager to help, although she didn’t speak English. She helped us with clean towels when we needed them. The place is in a very quiet area of Ksamil, we were able to get a good rest both day and night, but that means the best beaches and the entertainment area are a bit further."

"The few details you need to consider are the lack of a microwave and a coffeemaker (which for a couple of coffee lovers like us was a big deal). Consider bringing your own or drinking coffee out, as there is only the possibility to boil the coffee in the pot and let it rest… Not the property, but Ksamil only has private beaches, where 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella cost between 10-20 euros/ day depending on the facilities available on the beach, so keep that in mind. But we loved Sunset Cottage and we loved Ksamil and we will probably return."

"Logement neuf, proche des plages et disposant d'une place de parking privative. Climatisation performante ce qui est important compte tenu de la chaleur. Surtout éloigné du centre ville très bruyant. Malgré tout vous y êtes à pied en quelques minutes. Nous recommandons ce logement."

"Nous n'avons pas aimé Ksamil: grosse station balnéaire bruyante, surpeuplée où tout est cher. C'est une usine à touriste loin des charmes de la Riviera albanaise encore préservée."

"Camerele curate și suficient de spațioase. Gasesti tot ce ai nevoie inclusiv uscător de par și fier de călcat. Este foarte aproape de plajă. Pozele sunt conforme cu realitatea. Ne am simțit foarte bine aici ! Cu siguranță vom reveni!"
