"We booked the apartment the same day we arrived in Pogradec. Despite the late arrival, the host met us at the door with keys. The apartment was cosy and comfortable, with good beds, a clean bathroom, and air-conditioning. Free public parking was across the street. The location was excellent, close to restaurants and the beautiful lakeside. Great value for the money and a friendly host. We felt welcomed."

"Good value for money. A bit old building, lower your expectations, but it was a lovely house. We booked two apartments which was more than enough for us. The man who handed the keys was super kind and helpful, thanks."

"When we arrived we had to call several times to get our call answered, and it took about 25-30 minutes for a very kind and nice man to appear with the keys and bed sheets. I recommend agreeing on a specific check-in time early on the arrival day. Again lower your expectations for the balcony! It is not what you think."

"Very spacious place in the middle of the city, right across the supermarket and a few minutes from the lake. The host was super nice and spoke good English."

"It was a bit cold when we were there but there was an electric blanket and the AC could be used for heating too. The bathroom is typical Albanian bathroom with shower next to the toilet and was small, but hygienic."

"We had to call the host when we arrived later than expected to access the apartment. However, the host was very accommodating and met us at the door with the key. Also, the apartment was very clean, spacious, and beautiful!"

"I didn't like how cold it was. There was only heating in one room. The bedrooms had a small heater, which we could not leave on all night due to danger of electric issues. There was no heating in the kitchen or bathroom. Many things were missing for cooking and cleaning. And, there were only two pairs of house shoes for guests. I thought to clean but there was no trash can, no cleaning supplies, and the towels for the shower were not big enough."

"Accueil très sympathique. La literie est de qualité, le lieu assez calme, il y a la climatisation / chauffage, et on peut assez facilement se garer à proximité. Le centre / le lac / les restaurants... sont facilement accessibles à pied."

"La cuisine / salon est de taille très réduite (pour deux personnes, alors que les appartements sont pour 4) et mal équipée (seulement 2 chaises, peu de vaisselle, ...). Dans un des deux appartements, la salle de douche n'est accessible qu'en traversant une chambre. Ce n'est pas fait pour y passer du temps en groupe, de prendre des repas à plusieurs."
