"احلى مكان رحت له بحياتي! تصميم البيت روعه، موفرين كل شي ممكن تحتاجونه بالبيت سواء بالمطبخ او بالحمام او بالغرفه. الجاكوزي منظره روعه على النهر خاصة وقت غروب الشمس. حبيت ان المكان منعزل يعني البيت الي يمكم ما يشوفونكم فيكون في خصوصيه اكثر. في حديقه ورا البيت كنا مستمتعين بالقعده فيها خاصه ان صاحبه البيت مزينته ومرتبته. صاحبه المكان خلوقه جداً ومن قبل لا نوصل المكان كانت تتواصل معانا وتعطينا كل الفعاليات الي ممكن نسويها بالمنطقه وترد على كل اسالتنا بدون ملل. صراحه رحنا اكثر من مكان بارمينيا بس هذا المكان كان احلاهم وكلنا كقروب متفقين على هذا الشي"

"المكيف لا يكفي للمنزل باكمله حيث ان غرف النوم بدون مكيف السعر غالي جداً بناء على موقعه والخدمات تسجيل خروج ساعه 11:30 وهو مبكر جداً لا يوجد شطاف فالحمام"

"We had one of a kind experience at this property and at the village. I have to say this stay brought me back to the memories of my childhood summer back in Iran. The village is an experience you will enjoy if you love life in an authentic Armenian-village. Lake House provides all the modern amenities one could expect in a rural village. Although we did not have time to explore the surrounding due to only one night stay I will definitely be back to stay for at least a week next time. The hosts were extremely gracious. We were grateful for their presence. Meline brought us a basket of fresh eggs from the farm. She also took me to the visit her neighbor across the street who generously gave us home made cheese, butter and delivered fresh squeezed cow milk from the day. I have never experienced anything this genuine and generous."

"The property has everything you may need to make your stay comfortable and memorable. It is extremely clean, comfortable and beautiful. My husband enjoyed the projector and the TV while I enjoyed the jacuzzi with the most breathtaking view. The kitchen is well stocked and it has a giant fridge. I was blown away with the decor, the ambiance and the entire experience was elevated to the next level. I will be dreaming about this place for many years."
