"Everything. I feel so comfortable here...staff are super helpful and lovely. Rooms are great. Food is great. Location perfect. If you want a city hotel in Yerevan...this is your go to place. I would come back everytime."

"We loved this hotel. We had a big 10th floor suite overlooking the Cascade Complex, so the view was amazing! Great shower and big bed. Central heating. Free parking (recommend requesting in advance though as there aren't many spaces). Rooftop bar was nice."
"The music in the sky view bar was too loud considering we were the only people there, and the music didn't fit the vibe. The cocktails tasted like they didn't have much alcohol in. Because of this, we only had one drink here then left."
"The Opera Suite Hotel was a pleasant experience and has an amazing location, being only minutes from the cascade and of course the opera. The staff and reception are really kind and the rooms are very spacious, making the price worth it."
