Sweet house

"Bir Türk olarak 3 gece burada konakladım ve hiçbir sorun yaşamadım. Her şey çok iyiydi ve her konuda memnun kaldım. Çok iyi, pozitif, yardımsever ve nazik bir ermeni aile burda yaşıyor. Her konuda bana yardımcı oldular. Oda temiz, konforlu, wifi çok iyi ve konumu iyi bir yerde. Yürüyerek şehir merkezine 15 dakika mesafede. Memnun kaldım. Çok teşekkür ederim"

"This is a little gem of a guesthouse. It's cozy and sparkling clean, with little details I loved, e.g. a fridge, water kettle, cups, small plates and utensils. I was in the upstairs room. There's plenty of hot water and comfortable blankets - despite below zero temperatures I slept well, as there's a good heater you can regulate. But most importantly, Anna is a warm and relaxed hostess. She phoned Feyton shared taxi service to arrange my return trip to Yerevan and walked with me to the departure point. Thank you again for your help and kindness!"

"It is an exceptional place! I was picked up from the train station, and as soon as I arrived I was offered a nice cup of coffee, home made cake and biscuits, and fruits. It is a place that for sure I will go back and visit. The whole family are very kind, gentle and very helpful with any request or touristic information. There are also 2 beautiful and friendly dogs, called Gina and Tina! Very nice place and close to the city centre!"

"Very nice place to stay. The room has everything you need and the bed is comfortable and everything is very clean. The location is also very good and you can easily walk into the main part of the city."

"The room is part of host family's cozy house with entrance on the balcony overlooking the house court. We had a great time here. The room itself has a fridge, kettle and some plates, cups and cutlery which is very handy. It's 5 minute walk from the centre square and even less from nearby stores. The family had 2 dogs who barked at first but were very sweet after meeting us."

"The owner was so lovely and helpful. I was going to be arriving early and she messaged to let me know that the room was ready for when I arrived. The place is in a good location - a nice 10 minute walk from the main churches and sights. The room was comfortable and had a kettle and fridge, I was also offered to use their kitchen if I wanted and that there was a washing machine available (I didn't use either but the offer of the facilities was kind)."
