"Cosy wooden attic with 3 bedrooms, kitchenette and guest room, friendly and attentive host. Everything is located on the third floor of the owner's house, cosy and private."

"There was a damp smell in the bathroom after use, but it disappeared if you left the door open."

"Everything was perfect. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the apartment is great for a large group of friends. Very comfortable and clean and the balcony with view of the mountains is really nice!"

"Очень красивое место, жили на 3 этаже с шикарным видом с большого балкона! 6 человек легко разместились, очень просторное и уютное пространство. Хозяева чудесные, отзывчивые, мы были окутаны заботой. Очень советую к проживанию, хочется вернуться) Восторг!✨"

"Удобное расположение дома, до центра идти минут 20. Вид из окон шикарный-сосны, ива, соечки и белочки развлекали нас по утрам. Пьянящий воздух Дилижана нас покорил. Очень хотели бы приехать ещё раз."

"При путешествии по Армении - это было наше первое жилье на три ночи, есть с чем сравнить) Квартира находится в жилом доме, район удобный - самый центр, но при этом тихо, недалеко есть продуктовые магазины, там же пункт обмена денег, кафе, бары и тд, и все достопримечательности. Состояние квартиры - хорошее. Все не очень новое, но очень чистое, видно, что за квартирой очень хорошо следят. Еще для меня большой плюс, что это именно квартира, а не апартаменты - это наличие всех расходников. Тут есть стиралка и порошок к ней, салфетки, тряпки, утюг и гладильная доска, сушка для вещей, самая разная посуда, в общем полный домашний набор. Соседей мы слышали только на лестничной площадке, в самой квартире очень тихо. Соотношение цены-качества отличное! Хозяйка всегда была на связи, встретила и отвечала на все вопросы."

"Really enjoyed my stay there, the room was big, comfortable and clean. The family was very welcoming, we had tea together when I arrived and shared some time together (they speak English!). The breakfast was amazing, totally recommended!"

"Great location for visiting Dashtadem Fortress, Talin Monastery Complex, Talin Caravanserai and Kistapor Church. Also, in close proximity to a supermarket. I stayed in an apartment with 2 single beds, a kitchen area (with kettle, sink, cutlery and refrigerator (no stove)) and private bathroom. There was access to 2 balconies, with views of Mount Arteni in the distance (great sunset). Heating was provided, but it wasn't required when I stayed. Great host. Very friendly, provided me with a brief and locations of the areas attractions There was a safe, covered outdoor area for me to store my bicycle, which is covered by CCTV. I would happily stay here again."
