"Очень радушные хозяева, хороший домик с новым ремонтов, мангалы, все принадлежности, красивейшая беседка рядом с речкой, ну и, конечно , прекрасный дилижанский лес. Тишина и спокойствие, замечательное место провести выходные и насладиться отдыхом от города"

"We really enjoyed our stay at this guest house. It is located out of the city centre but you can easily reach it by taxi or 20 minute walk along beautiful scenery. The room was spacious, cosy and warm, with comfortable matresses. The whole building is newly renovated, water pressure was strong in the shower. Personel was very nice. Breakfast was ok as well. There are a lot of toys for kids. A very cute cat visiting the territory was a great bonus to our stay. We definetly recommend this place."

"A very nice place to keep yourself from Armenia's ruthless sun. There is a swimming pool and a barbeque area. I saw many toys for kids like a trampoline. Nearby, you can go hiking to a lot of beautiful places. Also the owners are very friendly and hospitable people. They keep the place clean and functional."
