Breakfast could do with a revamp.

"Convenient location for the boarder-crossers with close access to the beautiful Narva promenade, fully independent check-in, fully equipped shared kitchen"

I did not understand it when booking, but our room had shared Bathroom and toilet, but it was fine, as there were no other people on the floor except us. Unfortunately the windows in our room are not openable. Even with existing ventilation and side fan it felt abit stuffy in the room.

"Çalışanlar, güleryuzlü çok candan, ilgili her konuda bize yardımcı oldular, tekrar dubaiye gidersem yine aynı oteli seçerim. Konum olarakda çok iyi, istediğimiz her yere kolayca gidebildik"

Nothing at all it is a very minor thing if the bathroom shower had an issue but staff helped me with a bucket so it was taken care of very quickly.

Yönlendirmeler eksikti sıkıntı yaşadık girişte kimseyle karşılaşmadık gireceğimiz saati haber vermiştik

"Very close to the beatch. nice outdoor pool with slides. nice garden (helps when its very hot). Clean beatch compared with neighbours. Kids playground"

On evenings, in a beatch can hear music from a nearby hotel (guess that could be an issue in all sunny beatch)

"Good location, comfortable bed, spacious, great breakfast."

Air conditioner did not work in our room. Reported it 3 times, maintenance came twice but no fix. Some staff members at reception were not as helpful or enthusiastic as other staff.

"The serenity of the place. The comfortable set-up. The spacious room. Friendliness of the hosts."

No provision of internet. Manual supply of water. Small shower.

"God plads på værelset, pænt køkken og terrasse foran værelset"

Det var lidt svært at finde stedet ud fra kortet på hjemmesiden

"Close to everything, stylish boho design, clean, comfortable beds"

was there in the winter and the shower was cold although the room was warm

Within 15 minutes of walking you can get directly to the city center and the harbour. The town park is within a 5 minute walk. Marna is a very friendly and humorous person as well. "We were warmly welcomed by the owner of the property - we felt right at home. He was very keen to host and you could really tell this in the way he interacted with us. Communication prior to our arrival was also very informative and friendly. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The bed was amazing. So comfortable. The room and bathroom were clean and small touches around the room were cozy and well thought out. The surroundings are peaceful and our night stay was exactly what we needed after a big hike that day. Great for relaxation."

The hot water doesn’t last for very long but the water pressure is super good!

"The lounge room. This is cool, couple of gaming zoon like table tennis, Foosball table, PSP and many more."

The air-conditioning system was not working properly but it was running. They should have provided drinking water bottles.
