"Very specious rooms with big bathroom and balcony. They do good cleaning if you leave a sign at your door and also they leave one bottle of water for you. Very friendly and helpful stuff and very nice breakfasts. Special thanks to Zulfie - woman who works in kitchen. She creates very tasty breakfasts with variety of freshly baked different local pastry. There is ready made hot tea which you can come and take any time throughout your day. I felt like at home at Smith’s hotel. Thank you so much!"

"The sound isolation with the outside (street) is good. But the sound isolation inside the hotel (between rooms) is not perfect. So if you are picky about sound, I would recommend using earplugs. But to make it clear : this is not the hotel's fault if other guests are noisy..."
"I arrived in the early hours of the morning and even though the staff couldn't accommodate me in a spare room immediately, they were very friendly and welcoming. They then upgraded my room! I really appreciated their generous treatment of me in a slightly unusual situation."

"Nice hotel for the shown price. Room was cleaned everyday and the staff at the reception was very helpful regarding managing in the city. Hotel is in good and safe area of the city. The special thanks to the kitchen staff who were always friendly and preparing variety of food for everyone’s liking."
