"The hotel facilities and staff were good. Breakfast had a good spread and the lady chef was excellent at Amaya restuarant.. I stayed in Room 311."
"While booking, I wanted to pay 100%, but could not do so - was given the option pf paying at the hotel. Ended up paying more than what was being shown in Booking.com site. The bouncers at Ground floor were not expirienced enough to differentiate between the room guests and the outside guests, so everytime when i was returning in the night, they stopped me near lift.. ..very embarrasing."

"Thank you very much for all the arrangements of Amari Hotel. Dhaka Airport updated the visa window, the hotel was waiting for us in the waiting area in advance, and passed very quickly, very professional. The hotel is located in the new Dhaka location, the environment is very good, the gym has a beautiful view of the city. The breakfast and dinner of the hotel are very good, but I hope to add some Chinese food. And I hope that the TV can add more Chinese TV stations. I have never written such a long review, but the price of the hotel really reflects their service, I hope more people can experience it. The staff is warm and professional. I would also like to thank Mr. Rubel (Assistant Manager of Concierge & Transportation) for his timely response and all greetings.And Thanks to Ms. Sabina for helping us to delay the check-out time."

"I have stayed in this hotel for 6 days in total. Hotel is located in Heart of the Sunamganj town centre and its only been open for 6 months. Nice modern and clean rooms with all wester facilities one would expect to see in Uk 5* hotels. Bed has comfy Mattress and pillows. Air conditioned room, with clean towels and room service provided daily. Exceptional bathroom facility with hot shower. Breakfast was awesome, lovely verity and freshly cooked. Friendly Staff and Reception team were always there to answer any questions and see to our needs. What I also loved about the Hotel is that more or less everyone spoken and understood English. Hotel is bit on the expensive side but it’s worth every penny, + keeps the demography of the customers it attracts to mid to upper class. I would recommend anyone looking to book a hotel in Sunamganj to book Peace Palace Hotel and you will not regret it."
