"Loved it. Characterful period building close to the centre of Ypres, an easy walk from the station in one direction and the Cloth Hall and restaurants in the other. Charming bedrooms and bathrooms. Delightful hosts who welcomed us to their home and were interested in our reasons for visiting without being intrusive. Delicious and plentiful breakfast. Would certainly return next time we are in town."

"Nothing. If you have mobility problems you might find the two flights of stairs to the bedrooms a challenge."

"Hosts were very helpful and skilled in operating a great buisness. They couldn't do enough to please us all. Rooms were kept immaculate and cleaned daily. Ideal spot very close to centre and places to visit."

"It was so central to the main square and menin gate, and the house was so elegant with a beautiful entrance lobby and outside terrace. Our room was a good size just what we needed. The owner’s family had lived there for generations so had a good knowledge of local history."

"We only had two nights In Ypres but picked the perfect place to stay. The Property is in the centre of the town, ideal for site seeing. Both Steven and Katrine were perfect hosts. Steven gave us plenty of information about places to visit with the help of his many books. The room was clean, tidy and had every thing needed. Breakfast was beautifully prepared by Steven and Katrine with fresh bread, pastries, meats and cheeses. They even offered to cook eggs for us."

"You can park outside and the hosts will provide you will a parking disc but limited to 3 hours. To be fair though free parking is only a 5 minute walk away so this wasn't a major issue."
