"A bad smell upon entering the reception, could be coming from the front toilet. An annoying creaking sound every time you open/shut the toilet door. No coffee and kettle provided in the room."

"The location was perfect, the main reason we booked the hotel. It's in a lovely area with bars/cafes/restaurants and the main shopping streets are close, a 5-10 minute walk to the main square. Check in was superb, along with the room, staff polite and friendly, can't really ask for much more!"
