"We had a lovely, relaxing time at L'Hirondelle. The accommodation is beautiful, overlooking the lake. Watching the house martins dip and dive was wonderful. And a delicious breakfast was icing on the cake. Many thanks, David and Rosemary"

"Our room faced the water. Great view. The room is spacious and comfortable. We stayed in a room before we rented the full house with a group of friends. Despite it being 5 rooms, sharing one bathroom, it never felt crowded. Good value for an otherwise expensive travel destination. The bus stop is right by the house and there was always available public parking."

Konaklama sırasında yatak konforunun kişisel beklentime göre biraz daha iyi olabileceğini düşündüm. Bu durumu ilettiğimde, yeni yatak alındığı ancak henüz ulaşmadığı ve geldiğinde değişimin yapılacağı belirtildi. Bu yaklaşım, soruna çözüm odaklı yaklaşıldığını gösterdiği için olumluydu. Genel olarak bu durum, konaklamayı ciddi anlamda olumsuz etkilemekten ziyade, zamanla giderilebilecek küçük bir detay olarak değerlendirilebilir.

"The location was perfect for what we were looking for, half way between diamond beach and Reykjavík. We arrived quite late and it was easy to check in and parked right outside. We also got to the see the northern lights that night!"

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. The room was basic and nothing fancy but met our needs and was clean and that’s all we expected and were looking for.

"Location was great. And nothing beats the local dishes for breakfast. The convience of the washer and dryer right in the apartment was awesome!! I think the gated area added to the security of the apartment, and so you feel safe staying there."

I think some basic essentials would be nice, like salt, pepper, and oil to cook with:-)

"Un peu difficile d'accès, c'est la campagne, mais vu que le propriétaire est venu nous chercher à l'aéroport il n'y a pas eu de problème. Au contraire nous étions très bien et au calme."
