"Easy location, superb terrace to laze around, easy going, nice staff"

some rooms dont have window and that really does not work for me. They were very acvommodating and let us pick another room.

The only downside was that the restaurant was closed due to the holidays.

The flush in the bathroom didn't work, and they never came to fix it during our stay. Before arriving, they were very insistent in calling and asking for our arrival time, so I would reduce the communication with the staff if possible.

Everything was great, The only small suggestion would be to offer either thicker blankets or a cozy duvet for extra comfort for those who likes to sleep with the air conditioning but gets super cold easily 😅

Konaklama sırasında yatak konforunun kişisel beklentime göre biraz daha iyi olabileceğini düşündüm. Bu durumu ilettiğimde, yeni yatak alındığı ancak henüz ulaşmadığı ve geldiğinde değişimin yapılacağı belirtildi. Bu yaklaşım, soruna çözüm odaklı yaklaşıldığını gösterdiği için olumluydu. Genel olarak bu durum, konaklamayı ciddi anlamda olumsuz etkilemekten ziyade, zamanla giderilebilecek küçük bir detay olarak değerlendirilebilir.

Watercolours is a beautiful home, very tastefully decorated, with the guest rooms luxurious and well appointed. Much thought and consideration has gone into making sure every need is met, so that it really feels like a home from home. Also helpful advice about where to go and how to get there with bus/ferry tickets available to purchase from the host rather than having the hassle of buying these from the bus station. We were so fortunate to have booked this place - it was outstanding in every way!"

"Our room faced the water. Great view. The room is spacious and comfortable. We stayed in a room before we rented the full house with a group of friends. Despite it being 5 rooms, sharing one bathroom, it never felt crowded. Good value for an otherwise expensive travel destination. The bus stop is right by the house and there was always available public parking."

"Easy communication with the owner. The room is relatively small in comparison to the other accommodations, but not a big deal, it's a traditional house. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we definitely recommend for 1-2 nights."

The acces road is quite steep and parking might be challenging. Quite a lot of mosquitos during the night.

Keine Handtücher. Toilettenpapier wurde nicht nachgefüllt. Heizung im Zimmer ließ sich nicht zurückdrehen.

"It's a beautiful property- the room and facilities were great. The dinner was delicious and extremely generous- Rum and wine included as well. Breakfast had some nice continental options and I especially enjoyed the herb tea. The host was wonderful- I don't speak French but was very easy using google translate. She gave great instructions for arrival. She also looked after me as and made sure I got to the start of my hike safely- she asked another couple to drop me at the trail on their way to Marla after she realised I was going to walk up the windy mountain road! If you are getting a bus there is also a stop right outside- although take care to plan as the buses don't run frequently."

"It's a beautiful hotel 10 out of 10. So comfortable and pretty. Very clean and you can have a beautiful view of the Nile. I absolutely recommend this place. It's the best choice if you decide to stay in this hotel. And Hamo is sooo nice and thoughtful. An excellent good cook as well. The breakfast he made is so delicious!! Love this hotel ❤️❤️❤️❤️"

"Otel aile işletmesi olarak çalıştırılmaktadır. Otel işletmecileri çok nazik ve yardım severdi. Konum olarakta merkeze çok yakın ve sahile ise yürüme mesafesindedir. Oda mobilyaları vintage olmasına rağmen genel olarak konforluydu. Oda temizliği mükemmeldi. Kahvaltı ise içerik olarak yeterliydi."
