Melnik'in merkezinde tarihi bir binada yer alan Mario Complex, taverna ve süpermarket içeren geleneksel bir Bulgar hanına ev sahipliği yapmaktadır. Tesis, birbirine 100 metre mesafedeki 2 binadan oluşmaktadır: Complex Mario ve Hotel Mario. Hotel Mario'nun tüm klimalı odalarında özel banyo, uydu TV ve buzdolabı vardır. Odaların çoğu Melnik'in ünlü Kumtaşı Piramitleri'nin panoramik manzarasına sahiptir. Otelde küçük bir açık yüzme havuzu ve barbekü içeren donanımlı bir açık mutfak bulunmaktadır. Butik Otel, Rojenski Manastırı'na geziler düzenleyebilir.

"I loved the location, it was comfortable. We had a balcony which was very nice, bathroom was not separated from the toilet but it wasn’t a problem. AC was very quiet so it wasn’t disturbing, I only noticed some tiny little dust/hair on a floor/carpet but that would clean only a vacuum cleaner so it wasn’t bad."

"If you put the address to a map it shows the location wrong. Also shower is right next to the toilet so when you take a shower the whole bathroom gets wet."

"The house was a renovated original old Bulgarian house with nice folkloric decoration and amenities. The lady who received us was very warm and responsive, she even bought special bread for my husband who has diabetes. Thank you, Minka! The room was quiet, very basic but with all necessary equipment. The bed was comfortable."
