"Kahvaltı ve yemekler çok güzel ve yeterliydi. Personel oldukça yardım sever. Konumu pistlere yakın. Şık bir şekilde dekore edilmiş. Açık havadaki jakuzi keyifli idi."

"Daha önce kaldığım hiçbir otelde çalışanlar tarafından bu kadar ilgi ve yardımseverlik görmedim. Otel pistlere yürümek için biraz uzaktı ama ne zaman rica etsek bizi arabalarıyla bıraktılar ve istediğimiz an aldılar o yüzden hiç problem olmadı. Son gecemizde kalmadan dönmemiz gerektiği için bize erkenden akşam yemeği çıkartıp hatta vaktimiz yoksa paketleyebileceklerini söylediler bu çok ince bir davranıştı. Odalar gayet temiz ve sıcaktı yemekler de çok lezzetliydi. Teşekkür ederiz"

"Incredible stay at Villa Sokol! A special thank you to the reception team for their exceptional hospitality! We were pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade to a beautiful apartment featuring a cozy fireplace, which made our stay truly magical. The breakfast was a highlight every morning- fresh, high-quality, and the perfect start to a day on the slopes. Additionally, the location is ideal; it's peacefully tucked away yet very close to the center and the gondola. Highly recommended!"
"Our only suggestion would be to start serving breakfast a bit earlier in the morning.This would be a great benefit for skiers who want to reach the slopes as early as possible.Overall, a fantastic experience!"

"Everything was amazing. The hotel is a nice villa and it makes you feel like home. The food is great, rooms are nice, common areas are super cozy and the staff is AMAZING. They offer transfers from and to Sofia and if you go there to ski they drive you to the gondolas and pick you up later for free. Besides, is only 10 minutes (or less) walking to the gondolas/city centre, perfect for a walk but enough to avoid the noise of the après-ski."

"The staff was really helpful and polite. They let us check in a lot earlier free of charge. The sauna and jacuzzi were the cherry on top. After a long day on the slopes was the best way to unwind. Breakfast and dinner was also really good."

"The house was a renovated original old Bulgarian house with nice folkloric decoration and amenities. The lady who received us was very warm and responsive, she even bought special bread for my husband who has diabetes. Thank you, Minka! The room was quiet, very basic but with all necessary equipment. The bed was comfortable."
