İlave olanaklar arasında ücretsiz Wi-Fi, büyük bir LED uydu TV, şömine, ütü olanakları ve klima bulunmaktadır. Bazı süitlerde çekyat mevcuttur. Daha fazla konfor için yataklar mikrofiber çarşaflarla donatılmıştır. En-suite banyolarda küvet/duş kombinasyonu, ücretsiz banyo malzemeleri ve saç kurutma makinesi mevcuttur. Noble Suites'da bakımlı ve kapalı bir avlu bahçesi bulunmaktadır. Tesis bünyesindeki araç park alanı ücretsizdir. Bu tesis, Tall Ships Landing ve Brockville Aquatarium'a yaklaşık 1 dakikalık yürüme mesafesindedir. Kanada'nın ilk demiryolu tüneli. Brockville Müzesi ve Brockville Sanat Merkezi 700 metre uzaklıktadır.

"No soap at the sink in the bathroom, had to use shower dispenser. It would have been nice to have a small table between the big chairs by the fireplace to have a snack or be able to put your wine glass down. There was some thumping on the floor above several times during the night."

"We would stay here again any time! The apartment was great: we loved the decoration in the room and how comfy the bed was. The kitchen was great and had everything you needed for cooking a good breakfast. There was a coffe machine and a kettle for hot water. There was also a folder with all kinds of information on the property, on Brockville, what to do in the area and where to dine. The parking lot for the car was very spacious and right next to the house. The location of the property is right next to the Brockville rail tunnel."
