"The staff were very welcoming, and my daughter and I were advised upon arrival that we had been upgraded to a deluxe suite, which was a nice surprise. The hotel is beautiful inside, and the restaurant, albeit on the pricier side, had a lovely ambience and great food. Our server was extremely helpful and friendly. Tip: If you are travelling on a budget, they do have a Happy Hour Menu between 4pm & 6pm. Also, worth noting that they don't do an early breakfast if you have to leave early, like us, unfortunately, but they do have a nice Brunch Menu, which starts at 9am. Our room had a lovely fireplace and a jacuzzi jetted bath tub, although we didn't have a chance to try out the jacuzzi. Lovely spacious room, and the beds were very comfortable. Easy free parking outside the hotel and they also have underground parking. Really convenient location for the sports competition that my daughter was attending."

"Pillows were rather lumpy and either too thin or too thick. One of the beds had a couple of good ones, but the rest could do with being replaced. Rooms could be a little better soundproofed as I was woken up by some noisy inconsiderate guests, sometime around midnight. I could hear them outside of the hotel and then in the corridor by my room, where they talked loudly for quite a while."

"Beds were comfortable, room was very quiet. Dinning room and whiskey bar are great. Highly recommend the dinning."

"The lobby is beautiful and the location is convenient. Comfortable and quiet room. Very nice to have a fridge and microwave, even though I did not need them on this visit."

"The room had that faint smell of air freshener used to cover up smoke, even though it is a non-smoking hotel. Don't know what can be done about that. Otherwise, a spacious and well appointed room. It would be nice if breakfast was available in the restaurant."

"From the decor in the lobby and helpful front desk staff to the ambiance and size of our room we were very excited. The jetted tub was a nice extra. The fireplace would be wonderful in winter. The area to relax was restful."
