The Hkonak Daniela enjoys a very calm location in Zermatt, situated within a 10-minute walk from the cable cars and the train station. Free Wi-Fi is featured throughout the property. The rooms were renovated in 2017 and feature a TV with cable channels, a telephone, a radio, a minibar and a safe. The bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer, free toiletries and bathrobes. A rich buffet breakfast is served every morning. When booking more than 3 rooms the reservation has to be paid in 48 hours and is no longer refundable.

"Çalışanlar okadar güleryüzlü ve cana yakın ki size yardımcı olabilmek için adeta birbirleri ile yarışıyorlar. Odaların temizliği mükemmel. Kahvaltı Türkiye yi hiç aratmadı. Personel süper. Zermatt konaklamasi için başka yer aramaya hiç ama hiç gerek yok."
