"Olağanüstü bir deneyim oldu! Yine gelsem yine sadece burada kalırım. Akşam yemeği çok güzeldi. Favorim tatlı oldu. Odalar normal boyutta ve yatak çok rahattı. Wc biraz ufak ama alt katta da ortak wc vardı. Balkonlu odayı tercih etmiştik. Sabah dağ manzarasına uyanmak harika bir duygu. Yatak başında priz olması benim için iyiydi :) Otel çok güzel ve temizdi. Sabah kahvaltısı da gayet yeterli. Ortak kullanım alanı çok geniş ve kocaman bir kitaplığa sahip. Personel inanılmaz ilgiliydi. Kendimi evimde gibi hissettim. Bahçesi çok sevimliydi. Biz gittiğimizde bahçede tavşanlar vardı. Orada da zaman geçirdik şehir manzarası harika size bir kaç fotoğraf bırakacağım. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim başka yer aramayın."

"The staff were very sincere and helpful. Tomas personally offered to slice up fresh lemon and ginger for my husband when I mentioned he wasn’t feeling well. They also helped us make a clinic reservation. We would also like to thank Agostino, Sarah and Balazs for being friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful and good quality, everything was very natural and fresh. The rooms were clean. The surroundings were decorated in a very comforting way. We had a fun time playing ping pong and foostball in the game room."

"Everything! The entire team from arrival when we were given a tour of the hotel and it's facilities to where were the best hikes and places to see we felt welcomed and valued. Our room was charming very 'Heidi' which was an important consideration. The food at breakfast and evening was excellent and reasonably priced and it was an enjoyable experience. The location is very near the station and downhill in a lovely setting with the magical and see inspiring mountains towering over it. There was all day coffee, tea and biscuits in a nice lounge which was welcome after a day out. The whole team were superb. If you want the original Swiss experience this is for you. I never give 10 as my score but this time I couldn't go less. Lastly let's not forget the rabbits who have us our daily giggle, so cute and so naughty. Many many thanks to all at the Edelweiss you truly are The Best."
