"The room was beautiful and the view was incredible. The ability to sit on the balcony over the lake and full view of the snowy mountains was very special. The bathroom was nicely warm especially after a shower, it’s this little things like this that elevated the room experience. The staff were wonderful, offering advice on locations like a waterfall that wasn’t overrun by tourists, this waterfall was a great recommendation by staff! The food was exceptional, the chef of our dinner meal knows high quality. Every detail about the hotel, staff and surrounding nature park was inviting and lovely. Jumping on the bus was so easy to navigate to the next towns. Would recommend!"

"This was our first time ever staying in a hotel that didn’t have a tiny refrigerator in the room for our morning energy drink / iced coffee, so that’s an adjustment on our part. But nothing to write here because everything was spectacular."

"It was my second time at this hotel, this time we had a lot of snow and the lake was beautiful. The room is comfortable with a very nice view, the staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a la carte and delicious. I didn't have dinner at the hotel. Free parking."

"Wonderful location right at the Blausee lake. Very friendly and professional service. The hotel looks old but well maintained. The spa area is great and included in the price. Breakfast was very good as well. Considering the Swiss price niveau, this is quite good value for money."

"The hotel is very, very charming, with exceptional staff and a royal breakfast by the lake. The coolest thing is that you get to enjoy the lake all to yourself in the evening and early in the morning!!"

"This is a great hotel! The location in a natural park is quiet at night and a place to relax during the day. The cleanest lake with trout, Alpaca Park. The rooms are not big, but comfortable. The SPA is very nice and we enjoyed using the saunas and jacuzzi, which is located outside. You lie down and admire the mountains. It's great! Very nice staff from the reception to the cleaners. And the dishes in the restaurant (especially the trout) require our return! This is a wonderful rest from the bustle of the city."

"It wouldn't hurt to come up with a way to meet guests from the park gates. Of course, we carried our things ourselves, but if our elderly parents had gone, they wouldn't have been able to carry their suitcases. We would consider this for an additional fee"
