Warth'ta yer alan ve geçmişte bir Charterhouse manastırı olarak kullanılmış olan atmosferik Stiftung Kartause Ittingen 800 yılı aşkın bir geçmişe sahiptir. Bu eşsiz mekanda labirent bahçe, özel mandıra ve gurme restoran bulunmaktadır. Kartause Ittingen'in geniş arazisinde 6 farklı tür peynir, yoğurt, tereyağı ve krema üreten bir mandıra vardır. Bu ürünlerin hepsini tarihi duvarların içindeki yenilikçi yemek salonuda tadabilirsiniz. Manastır kendi şarabını da üretmektedir. Manastır tarzı sadeliğini koruyan yeni nesil oda tiplerida banyo, TV ve ücretsiz kablolu internet vardır. Konaklama Birimleriın çoğunda özel parka bakan bir balkon da mevcuttur. "This is a fantastic residence for anyone wishing to enjoy nature with a touch of history. The complex has impressive gardens and it was a pity that we couldn’t stay longer to explore all of them. The beds were comfortable and the room very convenient"

"Kartause Ittingen is a truly special place. The old monastery site has a cluster of beautiful buildings, lovely grounds and is perched high on the valley side such that there are fantastic views all day long. I walked up the steep hillside vineyards one morning and it was magical. The breakfast and evening meals were healthy, with lots of variety and high quality. The room was minimalistic, with clean lines, gorgeous furnishings and beautiful materials (lots of natural wood). Also loved that they had a book on steps to reduce your environmental footprint in each room. Hats off, Kartause Ittingen!"

"The nature around is very nice, a lot of green and beautiful scents. I am sorry we didn't get to explore all the surroundings as we didn't have time. But the garden is a joy to the eye. The food was delicious and many of the ingredients were locally sourced. Very nice surprise this accomodation!"
