"Mükemmel odaları var. Çok büyük. Çok temiz. Sadece oda ya bir su koysalar iyiymiş. Tesis 6 km şehir merkezinden uzakta. Otelin otoparkı paralı. Saati 1,5 CHF."

"Paralı otopark"

"Muhtesem bir manzara sessiz ve huzurlu kahvaltı çeşidi çok deil ama yeterli"

"Yıl 2024 ve klima olmaması tamamen drama!! Ve elektrikli araç için özel alan yok sadece bir yer var oda 3.3 kw çok düşük bence değişmesi kesinlikle lazım."

"The view and the people working there, very friendly and accommodating"

"Single beds put together are not the same as one big bed, which I would have preferred, but I slept fine nonetheless, they are good beds. Besides, waking up to the sound of the birds and seeing the beautiful lake with the mountains in the back, makes it like a dream."

"Breakfast was delicious and the quiet of the place was absolutely wonderful. The staff are the added touch to this establishment. Will definitely return."

"They had issues with hot water on the first night, and I had to shower with cold water, but they fixed this immediately and I had hot water for the rest of my stay."

"Beautifully situated on the edge of the lake, very peaceful just hearing the distant noise of ducks. Good facilities in the room. Lovely breakfast served with great choices."

"Restaurant wasn’t open the evening we arrived but the hotel did inform in their literature that it was closed on a Monday/Tuesday night."

"The property was very clean and the staff very friendly. The views are fantastic and the room is very spacious and comfortable."

"Could potentially be a bit far away from the centre of Zurich for some people."

"Super spacious and comfortable rooms with beautiful views and a huge balcony, exceptionally warm and hospitable staff, a great breakfast, and very helpful support with a late-night check-in. All facilities and comfort was taken care of."

"Slightly away from the city centre, with the nearest public transport a 10–15 minute walk, so planning is needed if you’re not driving; also on the pricier side, though justified by the overall experience."

"Quiet, nice view, good location, in front of the lake and snowy moy. 13 minutes from Lucerne old town."

"No"

"Very friendly staff, wonderful view with the hotel being directly by the lake in a quiet area. Spacious and comfortable rooms, I will definitely be back."

"Aucun."

"View from our room was beautiful - we found our stay super relaxing. Staff was wonderful— very very helpful and very accommodating - Sarah at the reception catered to all our requests and helped out with all our questions. Anna from the restaurant was also very sweet and welcoming."

"Bathroom could have been slightly cleaner."
