"The hotel design externally and internally is pleasing. Reception is on the first floor so when you arrive at the street door all you see are flights of stairs. The building has no lift/elevator, but they do have a very strong man who carries your bags from street level to your room. And again back down on departure. Breakfast starts at 7:30 officially, however when we entered the breakfast room at 6.45 am the place was rocking. Great for those guests with an early transport start. We walked our bags from the Bus Sur terminal to the hotel- no problem. Overall a positive one night stay."
