"Good location and although a simple hotel, it was clean and comfortable and net our needs for a night stay twice before and after going to Torres del Paine. Staff were super helpful. We could leave our luggage at the hotel when we went into the national park. Breakfast was adequate."

"Nice and modern hotel in the heart of Puerto Natales, close to all the shops and restaurants. The room and bed itself was clean and comfortable. We also really enjoyed our welcome drink at the rooftop terrace."

"As many others wrote, the rooms are small, so we had trouble opening our suitcases. Soundproofing and breakfast could also have been better."
