"The condo is in a perfect location with a calm beach entry. Ample room for 6 Adults with a great balcony and fully stocked kitchen of utensils and cooking supplies. Provided with supplies to do laundry as needed. Walking distance to Kirk grocery store and Georgetown. Bus stop right outside of condo for easy use into Georgetown for diving and shopping. Not a crowded condo complex, pool and pool bar always open with plenty of chairs to sit."
Twin bed was quite squeeky and noisy to sleep on for an adult. Otherwise the other beds are fine.

"WE loved our time at Timmys Place. it was super clean, comfortable and the lising did not do the property justice as the rooms felt bigger than the photos showed and there was so many more amenities that were not listed. As the property states, they are not in control of the sea so the shore line was not ideal but you can still head out to swim. if snorkelling be careful if the water is choppy as we got caught in a bit of a rip tide as we were swimming a little too close to the barrier reef. Location is great but you will need a car to head anywhere and rum point is not far away. We were sad to leave."
The sink does not have an insinkerator - so if thats all I am moaning about, its a pretty good place ;)

"Excellent no complains great value for the price the nightly rates do not do justice to te quality clean spacious room full size kitchen and bathroom. If you are traveling on a budget I highly recommend this place. I'll be staying there next time. Very quiet also. AC also available and good quality WIFI."
Nothing to dislike about my stay.
