"Immersed in the forest around Mombacho Volcano, lots of birdlife and howler monkeys plums an interesting night walk with the chef, seeing sloths, snakes and lizards. Limited food menu but all very good and freshly prepared. Great breakfast too. Accommodation is rustic but this is what this lodge is all about !"
You can only access via 4x4 but that’s fine as the owner can pick you up.

"Due to another group booking received a free upgrade to an entire private bungalow. Staff and service was professional and friendly throughout. Rooms were spacious, exceptionally clean (cleaning staff deserve a bonus!), and beds comfortable. Included riding tour was a pleasant surprise and really enjoyable, highly recommended. The whole setup as a non-profit for the benefit of the community is commendable. I strongly recommend staying here!"

"The property is in an amazing location, many restaurants and centre square very short walk. The owners were helpful, recommending tours and things to do and see. The breakfasts were great and coffee amazing."
