"Fabulous accomodation, the receptionist/barmaid even upgraded us to the hotel/motel, and gave us two rooms instead of one for no extra cost. What a lovely lady, she was so friendly, couldn't do enough for us. Arrived late for food, kitchen had closed, but she persuaded the chef to cook for us, great super. Instead of leaving early the next day, we decided to stay for the day, and had an amazing mixed grill for lunch. Great swimmimg pool. And everything was so reasonably priced. Can't recommend this place enough."

The fact I had only planned to have the one night there. Loved to have stayed longer :-)

The pricing was very fair, and the location is much better than staying in Yangshuo near West Street. The Chinese breakfast was 25 RMB per person and tasted great, and came with freshly squeezed, sweet tangerine juice! We didn't find it until the last day but there was a water dispenser on the ground floor."

There was a bit of noise from construction/repairs and tree maintenance, but it was only during the day so we mostly missed it, and it was temporary anyway.

"Nice place with a few cottages. There is a place to sit outside, grill etc We stayed in the room for 3 people, it was clean. Nice place to spend holiday, no issues. Beach is approx. 1,5 km (there is one closer, but not very nice beach)"

I think that all negatives are already mentioned in the previous reviews, but: - water smells (however my husband drunk it and had no issues) - kitchen could be more equipped (at least something for drying of dishes would be nice) - darker courtains will be nice, i saw light from opposite cottage all night

"I was there for just one night. The owners were very helpful und kind. I got a pickup and early morning transfer from and to the airport. We made some short stops to buy some snacks and drinks for the evening. The atmosphere of the accomodation is family style and I got acquainted to the other guests which was very special and interesting. Very relaxed and friendly."

I have nothing to complain at all.

"The place is very nice, downhills there are shops , uphills there are restaurants) Pepper valley is 30 min walk from the hotel. Administator Anastasiya is a very polite lady. And the person appointed for the service of the outside territory is nice as well."

Some of the staff ( not all) are rude. It is connected with their lifestyle and misunderstandings which appear when people ask for some things. Some do not understand that in a room there needs to be evth for eating and drinking even if a person eats out. In the best room of the new building still there is no fridge inside the room. However, the place for it exists as the furniture provided has particular space for it. The communication problems may occur so it is better to negotiate every single detail as the view of the relax may differ.

"Oda geniş, ferah, sıcaklığı iyi bir odaydı. Sauna kullanımı kolaydı. Kahvaltısı gayet güzel ve yeterliydi. İsteklerimizi ellerinden geldiğince karşılamaya çalıştılar. Kızıma minik bir oyuncak bile hediye ettiler. Kızım için hazırladıkları yatak geleneksel ve çok tatlıydı. Zevkle döşenmiş bir ev ve restauranttı."

Anahtarlarını çözemedik, uzun süre kilitlemek için uğraştık, bizim ülkemizdeki anahtarlar gibi değildi, keşke bunlar anlatılsaydı. Saç kurutma makinesi ve klima kumandası yoktu. Geç check-in yapacağımızı bildirdik, konum ve oda bilgileri tarafımıza gönderilmedi, mesajlarımıza dönüş sağlanmadı. En son aradığımızda neyse ki ulaştık.

"Nice family :) Aku speaks english very well and she could explain a lot of things about Kirguis life. She also prepared a delicious plov for us. I keep a very nice feeling from this accommodation, really special connection. I would maintain the contact with Aku for sure!!!"

It is a little bit away from the town, but that is no problem if you have a car, which you can park for free at the property.

"Tesis tam anlamıyla bir konsept otel. Tasarımı ve odaların şekli bizim hoşumuza gitti. Krallar vadisine yakın oluşu ve gece terastan krallar vadisinin görünüyor oluşu bizi baya mutlu etti. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve yardım severdi. Wc bozulması gibi bir olumsuzluk yaşadık direkt olarak odamızı değiştirdiler. Biz memnun kaldık"

İçindeki eşyalar eskiydi. Hijyen biraz problemdi onun dışında hiç bir sıkıntı yoktu

I was lost because of the GPS. If you need to get there just write down in Google maps "Hacienda Santo domingo" San Lucas Sacatepequez.

It is a little bit away from the town, but that is no problem if you have a car, which you can park for free at the property.

"Fabrice was an awesome host and staying at the house felt very authentic. As for all of Raiatea, it is important to know that you should rent a car as otherwise you would not be able to really enjoy the island. Since the house does not have walls or air conditioning, of course, there are mosquitoes and it can get very hot during the day. But this is clearly laid out in the description of the accommodation and I would consider this being part of the experience. There are multiple fans in the house. Make sure to bring and put insect repellent."

The army of roosters in the neighborhood holding their nightly crowing competition from 1 am to 5 am :-) Earplugs or noise canceling headphones are highly recommended.
