Glamping Tomaselli

"We liked the container accommodation and outdoor shower and the decoration was good. We also enjoyed the hammock and outdoor area where we could watch the monkeys in the trees."

"Location - it was a long walk to shops/restaurants with lots of uphills and downhills, approx 30 mins. About 1 hour - 1 hour 15 mins walk to the beach, downhill on the way there and uphill on the way however there is a local bus for one dollar and the bus stop is approx 15 minute walk to the accommodation. There are also lots of street/stray dogs which barked for hours throughout the night. The dogs also made me feel quite uncomfortable and nervous when walking through the area. There was also construction at the hotel, although this didn’t happen at night, on our last evening however the owners were having a party playing loud music which could be heard in the container we were in until at least 10pm."

"Nice responsive and friendly host, the cabin is surrounded by nature, the whole place is well creatively designed, the shower is so unique! Bed, little kitchen, spacious bathroom, all was good!"

"Fascinating place with lots of quirky features all built by the owner. We stayed in one of the geodesic domes with a bathroom made to look like an ice cave with a waterfall bathroom. On the edge of a national park."

"Pool has a lot of leaves in it (but it is surrounded by trees) There is some dust in the room (but was cleaned) It is too far and dangerous to walk to the city centre or beach"

"We loved our little dome, very cozy. And we especially loved the lights in the washroom. The sort of cave effect and waterfall effect. We've never seen that before. We had 2 amazing nights and angela was super nice with us. I recommend."

"The Dome was super fun and cozy to stay in! the area was pretty quiet and I almost felt like I had the place to myself. The pool area is a great place to relax with great views! The host was very responsive and helpful planning activities during my stay!"

"The dome is a little far from restaurants (which is nice to feel a bit remote) and the beach, especially in rainy season, you want to plan on driving or using taxis. Payment was cash only for me which added an extra step to track down an ATM and added some service fees so keep that in mind!"

"Great quirky property with gorgeous views and lovely rooms. Be prepared to climb uphill with your luggage to reach your room/ the pool/ kitchen. Host was lovely and responds very quickly to messages. Room was idyllic- particularly loved the outdoor shower The pools are cool although, could have done with a clean at the bottom"
