"The only minus - our last night of our stay (first 10 days in October) was very wild and we didn’t get much sleep. There were some drunk Polish men who stayed at the outside terrace till 2:30AM and were screaming and yelling like crazy. Please beware of Polish tourists!!"

"Really great hotel with fantastic breakfast. You have beach view from the pool, a nice bar at the pool with a very kind barkeeper (who was joking with my kids - loved that!) and fair prices and there’s also a life guard. The hotel is not too crowded and impeccably clean. Life music at the pool (I think on Saturdays in the afternoon?) was amazing! Location is a 10min walk from the main bus stop in protaras, and directly at the sea promenade (but not as close as other hotels where people nearly have to walk through the sun beds). The hotel also has a mini playground and a beach restaurant where we had amazing waffles & lava cake."

"Nice hotel with a great location just near the main Protaras beach. The room was standard but comfortable, side sea view from the 4th floor was good. Although I can’t say that the food was always fantastic, it was still pretty good with a nice variety for each meal. All inclusive package has a nice variety of drinks available during the day."

"Ventilation in the bathroom was pretty loud and, since it turned on and off automatically, we couldn’t really do anything about it (we had to close the bathroom door not to be bothered by that sound during the night). The mattress and pillows could definitely be improved, can’t say that the sleep was very comfortable. Lack of places to hang wet swimsuits and blankets. Also, seems like a 4-star hotel could provide more towels for the room."

"The hotel is great and in good location, near the beach. However, we had a problem with the receptionist when we arrived at night."

"The receptionist refused to provide us with a crib and claimed that he had no means of doing so late at night. We and the baby could not sleep all night because of this condition. In the reservation we made on BOOKING, we requested a double room with a crib for a one-year-old baby. However, when we arrived after midnight, we discovered that the room had a youth bed that was definitely not suitable for a one-year-old baby. It's not clear to me why the receptionist couldn't contact the hotel management, in exceptional cases like this, and ask them to open the room where the beds are stored, even though we begged him to do so."
