"Great location, comfortable beds and good air conditioning."

"The property is very tired and shabby, if you want home-from-home comforts this is not it. This place needs a new kitchen, bathrooms, decorating, and some home comforts, like lamps downstairs etc. The stairs and landing lights didn't work, and, the TV didn't work for the first 7 days (partly my fault maybe, using Goole to try and get it to work), however, when it was fixed you couldn't here what they were saying, the sound has gone, so waste of time having a TV. There were no apologies from the representative about TV and lights, I would go so far as to say, we were made to feel it was our fault by the My Exclusive Villa representative. To cap it all for the last 3 nights we did have a bunch of students next door who stayed up all night outside talking till 6/7am, not quietly!"

"A good sized villa, a short walk to a Lidl supermarket for supplies and a longer walk to the beach area."

"The Villa was OK just a bit tired all round, not very bad but not very good either. Needs a refurb overall, especially bathroom cabinets/basin plumbing, some tiling, kitchen cabinets, sun loungers outside were all broken to a certain degree, sound on the TV was poor and had to watch with subtitles on."

"Great location - 5 mins to the main street of Protaras and 7 mins to the sea, 2 mins to Lidl supermarket. Fantastic host - always available, helpful and kind. Nice facilities - barbeque zone, sunbeds, nice bedrooms and dining zone. Value for money!"

"Villa is on the street, so impossible to open the windows during the night, as cars are driving all night round. While you can always use A/C."

"The property was lovely and clean. It was very spacious inside. 3 good sized bedrooms. Plenty of space outside for sunbathing, good sized patio area. It is in walking distance to the beach and town which was great. I would highly recommend a stay at this villa."

"The only thing that I would recommend the property changes is the shower curtain in the bathroom to a shower screen. There’s nothing more annoying than a shower curtain that sticks to you when you are trying to have a shower."

"A bejelentkezés tekintetében nem rugalmasak, délután 4 előtt nem foglalhattuk el a szállást. Még egy észrevétel, mi október közepén voltunk,esténként/éjjel fáztunk, nem lenne gond ha egy pár tartalék takaró be lenne készítve a fázós vendégeknek 🙂"

"Dom (vila) bol čistý, priestranný (na prízemí spojená kuchyňa, obývacia izba a jedáleň + toaleta). Tri izby na poschodí útulné + kúpeľňa. Nemali sme s ničím problém, resp. ak sa niečo vyskytlo, veľmi rýchlo to bolo vyriešené. Nešiel nám televízor, na ďalší deň bol problém vyriešený novým set-top boxom. Keďže sme mali so sebou malé deti, potrebovali sme aj ručný mixér, poprosili sme a na ďalší deň sme ho mali. Naozaj veľmi promptná starostlivosť. Dom je veľmi blízko miestnych potravín Lidl, na obľúbenú pláž Fig Tree Bay je to 1km pešo."

"Everything - location, comfortably, cleaning. Staff is very attentive. Rooms are comfortable. Every thing what you can need was at this villa. Next year will choose again."

"Liked the WhatsApp from Victoria (MyExclusivevillas) a couple of days before arrival saying she was there to help when we arrived (great directions by the way) The villa was big, comfortable and well equipped - a five minute stroll to Protaras strip / ten to the main beach. Nice welcome pack of tea / coffee / milk / wine etc!"

"Two keys would have made us seem we were not on a knife edge of locking ourselves out (there was a keysafe - but you can forget the code)"
