"Clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Good value. Very close to the plaza."

"The room is a bit warm. Wifi is slow and sometimes unreliable. Somebody moved my motorcycle after the staff directed me where to park it. The room was not ready when I arrived, so I had to wait a short time while one was cleaned. Breakfast is listed as an amenity, but nobody said anything about breakfast, so I'm not sure if it's available."

"Great communication, great response on whatsapp, even when called at 0630 in the morning as we had issues leaving the keys in the lock safe provided and doors, but were very helpful and sorted it all out in time. A member of staff Hector stayed up to help us up at midnight, he was very thorough and give us a detailed tour, he was very helpful and very kind. The flat has a lot of amenities including laundry and drier, wifi is fast and a netflix account too. Shower just ok, soap/shampoo etc provided. There is a daywatch-person outside the front (common for Guayaquil), this was nice, and the property felt safe and secure."

"Spotlessly cleaned every morning, the staff were amazing and helpful in every way including organising our tours on the Amazon river and the communities up and down river. The cabana was wonderful, sitting on the balcony in the evening with a glass of wine watching and listening to all the birds and animals around about us, oh so peaceful!! The breakfast each morning served overlooking the lagoon was fresh and delicious"
