Narva belediye başkanı için 19. yüzyılın sonunda inşa edilmiş olan bina, 2002 yılında tesise dönüştürülmüştür. Açık bir terasa ve 2 saunaya sahip olan tesisin 3. katında internet terminali vardır. Barda sabahları kahvaltı menüsü, akşamları ise alakart yemekler servis edilmektedir. Narva Kalesi'ne ve Narva Nehri’ne sadece 300 metre uzaklıkta hizmet veren Central Hkonak, nehrin ve Rusya kıyısındaki Ivangorod Kalesi'nin güzel perspektifsına sahiptir.

"Central does mean 'central' if you want a five minute walk to see the fortresses or the border crossing....or even Lidl! Staff were excellent and sorted out my mistake in booking the wrong day despite not speaking English by phoning someone who did. Room was clean and comfy and great value as I don't need bells and whistles. You choose your one hot breakfast dish the night before.... omelettes are different from the UK but tasty."
