The passenger port is located 300 meters and Tallinn Airport 8 km from the hotel, and entrance to the Old Town, the Great Coastal Gate, is 500 metres away. The comfortable rooms at the Tallink Express feature a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a work desk, and a bathroom. A free internet terminal is provided in the lobby. The Tempo restaurant serves breakfast-buffet daily and a lunch-buffet on workdays. In the Express hotel, affordability is combined with an excellent location, appreciated by leisure and business travellers alike. Best of all, the hotel is connected with the Tallink Hamam Ve Sauna & Conference Hotel by the ground floor, providing also the guests of Express Hotel with a variety of services – a water centre, a beauty and wellness centre, a yenilikçi conference centre and restaurant Nero with delicious dishes from all around the world. The water centre is not included in the price. Ask for a neighbouring hotel's special price in the water centre's reception when visiting the facilities.

"Tallinn seyahatimizde Tallink Express Hotel’de konakladık. Otelin konumu çok avantajlı; eski şehir merkezine yürüyerek ulaşmak mümkün. Ayrıca Helsinki feribot iskelesine de çok yakın olması bizim için büyük kolaylık sağladı. Kahvaltısı gayet yeterli ve lezzetliydi. Ayrıca Tallink Spa & Conference Hotel olanaklarından yararlanmak da güzel bir artıydı — özellikle yoğun bir günün sonunda spa kullanmak rahatlatıcı oldu. Ulaşım açısından merkezi bir noktada olması, kısa süreli konaklamalarda büyük kolaylık sağlıyor. Fiyat-performans dengesi açısından da tercih edilebilir bir otel. İnternet iyi çekiyor."
"Odada su ısıtıcısı (ketıl) yoktu, sıcak su ise lobide de bulunmuyordu. Bu nedenle çay ya da sıcak içecek hazırlamak mümkün değildi. Oda temizliği her gün yapılmıyor, üç gecede bir giriliyor. Detaylı temizlik yetersizdi. Odalarda klima yok, mevsim geçişlerinde soğuk olabiliyor. Check-in süreci oldukça yavaştı; saat 14.00’te gelmemize rağmen işlemler 15.00’te başlatıldı. 14.50’de sıraya geçmemize rağmen giriş işlemleri 40 dakika sürdü. Ayrıca erken giriş için 10 Euro ücret talep edildi. Kahvaltıdaki sıcak su ise tam kaynamadığı için çay köpüklü oluyor. Banyo ışığı florasan ve rahatsız edici bir şekilde geç yanıyor. Terlik imkanı yok."
