"The location is excellent, right in the heart of downtown and metro station. All the stores for staples items are downstairs. The staff are really helpful, friendly and hospitable. If you need advice or tips they're happy to help. They allow you to use the kitchen for your own cooking and they have a rooftop and reception to relax in. I stayed in a dorm and the beds were comfortable, they had A/C and it is well maintained and generally clean. The place was safe and secure with plenty of showers/toilets."
"The lift wasn't working and walking up to the 4th floor felt tiring at times. The place was generally clean and tidy but they can do with a deep clean. The WiFi at times didn't work or was way too slow."
"The place is very good and the most distinctive thing is the complete quietness. Its geographical location is in the middle of everything. The most distinctive thing about it is the reception staff and the hotel supervisors, they are extremely wonderful people and very trained to deal well with guests and are an honorable model of customer service. The rooms have excellent air conditioning units that make the atmosphere pleasant and give you a very peaceful sleep. The hotel is also equipped with information panels in international languages. What caught my attention as a tourist is that the corners of the place are filled with heritage pieces that reflect the magnificence of the great Egyptian civilization. My sincere thanks to the staff working there for their hospitality and treatment of tourists."
