"Excellent continental breakfast served in a lovely conservatory. Great ,spacious room with quirky musical themed decoration. We were there over a French bank holiday so the area was very quiet and felt very safe. Noisier after the bank holiday but not intrusive. The property was ideally situated for us as we were visiting family in Hellemes. Easy access to Lille centre on the metro. The hosts were very nice and understood our very limited French ."

"Location 4 stops from the main railway station on the metro 1 yellow line. Safe local area of Hellemmes , area of Lille. Breakfast was worth the extra , fresh every day. The shared kitchen was a bonus for cooking up a light dinner. The 54 restaurant close by is well worth a visit. Would not hesitate returning to enjoy again the hospitality of this French B & B ."

"Tutto!!! Vorrei vivere lì!!! Oste colto, simpatico, gentilissimo. Colazione superlativa (delizie fatte in casa, pane e croissant freschi, varietà) in un giardino d'inverno molto accogliente. La camera ha una cucinetta privata, tutto è arredato con tanto amore. Ci tornerei assolutamente!"

"私たちの宿泊はリールでのオリンピック観戦目的だったため、都心とスタジアムの中間地点で宿を選びました。 最寄り駅から近く、オーナー夫婦はとても優しくて感じが良く、部屋は清潔にされています。 何より朝食が素晴らしく、パン・チーズ・ヨーグルト・フルーツ・コーヒーや紅茶などを、クラシック音楽を聴きながら優雅に過ごすことが出来ました。 オーナーの世界観が宿全体に詰め込まれていて、日本人の私たちにとって非日常であたたかな暮らしを楽しめました。 安心と優しさの詰まったお宿で、ホテルでは体験出来ない充実感があります。ここの宿を利用しただけで、リールに来た甲斐があると感じます。"

"Die Lage ist sehr gut, nette Nachbarschaft, in 2 Min an einem Strand bzw. Promenade. Parken in der Straße möglich. Der Balkon ist schön groß und breit - eher eine Loggia und zweites Wohnzimmer im Sommer mit angenehmen Ausblick und Abendsonne. Schön ruhig auch. Die Krippe wurde neu angeschafft."
"We had a wonderful time. Our kids loved the rabbit, the ducks and the wooden floor of the cottage (in that order :) and we loved the wood stove warmth and flipping through the historical French books inside the cottage. Nearby highlights included a group of young cows, a hilariously grumpy cat and a bakery with excellent bread rolls, loaves and sweet breads. Two friendly, energetic hosts who are available and happy to guide you. We’ll be back!"

Ground floor public rooms are wood panelled with fireplace in dining room and lots of antiques. Our rooms had sitting room. Quiet and comfortable, reasonably priced. Parking area.
