"It was a very comfortable stay. The apartment has everything you need including a garden and a roofed terrace. The host ist very hostpitable; he picked us up in his car from the bus stop after our delayed flight. The accommodation is located in a quiet area; a direct footpath along the river leads downtown."

"We loved the character of the hotel, very much in a classic style for a seaside town. The owners and staff were wonderfully helpful, they offered to run a washing machine for our dirty clothes."

"The breakfast was outstanding. Boiled eggs from the chickens, croissant, yoghurt, bread, cheese, home-made jams etc and the most delicious freshly squeezed orange juice. The hosts telephoned and booked us in to a good restaurant in town for dinner. (Be aware that 48 hours notice is required if you wish to eat at the Chambres D'Hotes.) They also let us put some of our food in their fridge overnight which was very helpful."
