"La Godivelle est un tout petit hameau, avec deux curiosités : le lac d'en haut et le lac d'en bas. L'hébergement est à l'entrée du village. Grande salle de séjour agréable, chambres au rez-de-chaussée et à l'étage. Le restaurant étant fermé, l'hébergeuse nous a proposé de dîner avec des plats préparés par les Toques d'Auvergne (association de chefs cuisiniers) et dont elle dispose dans des bocaux à réchauffer. Soirée sympathique et petit déjeuner avec du"fait-maison"."

"Well kept gites and site with excellent provision for families including badminton, table tennis, volley ball, bikes to borrow and a fabulous pool. Each gite has its own private outside area but in addition to this there is plenty of communal space for kids to run around and play. We enjoyed the fact there were four other gites so our kids had an opportunity to meet and play with other children in a safe and friendly environment. The hosts are exceptional; Laban made every effort to make us feel at home and looked after. We would heartily recommend this to others looking for a relaxing family holiday away."

"The gite was great. Very well equiped to eat at home all the time. a small outside area to eat outside plenty of parking, a restaurant nearby and not too far from the centre of town. Its not in the town centre itself but this was perfect for us."

"Given a couple of bad reviews I emailed the owner/ manager in advance asking to ensure that the property would be clean, linen clean etc. Not only the property was immacolate warm and in excellent conditions but the staff was super helpful both on messages and over the phone, at the time of my arrival all the way to check out time. The location is to say the least excellent and perfect / I would recommend it to anyone who wants a small place super central."

"This is an unique, peaceful, location with a very friendly host, Picking up the keys in the next village at the host's place wasn't an issue at all. He will bring you to 'Le Chalet' and show the ins and outs of the appliances and answer all your questions. Christophe is a good and friendly communicator The chalet is very charming and built at the end of a dead end road, alongside a river, with only one built-up neighbouring plot. All you see and hear is nature: the water of the river, the cows at the other side of the road and the birds all around. The place is well equipped with home appliances. The shower is a jet shower and providing an excellent water temperature. There's a huge TV-set and you won't miss the lack off wifi. The beds are full size, i.e. 2 metres. This accommodation is on a huge plot of land with plenty of privacy."
