"The decor of the room was quite lovely. The affordable price and the proximity to ethnic food were a plus. The rooms were cosy, and I loved the cute lights in the bathroom shower."

"The spa sauna thing I'm not sure how often it was cleaned and turned over, so I didn't like that much. Just given the mixture of water, heat and steam could be a breeding ground for disease if not properly/thoroughly cleaned."

"The hotel is located in a very cute neighbourhood. And although Pernety metro was closed at the time of my stay (August), Plaisance, the next stop is just a short walk and 4 boulangerie's away (yes 4!!). Lots of cute bistro's, local grocery stores, a big Monoprx and many independent boutiques near by. Also, an amazing Senegalese restaurant named Lokita a door away. The staff were very nice, friendly and informative and accommodated all my needs. I have severe dust allergies which trigger my asthma and I had notified them of this ahead of my stay. They deep cleaned my room and ensured that every trace of dust was eradicated and my allergies were not triggered. I am also very Covid cautious and the room was very well cleaned plus they gave me a lovely balcony room for fresh air flow. The bed was very comfy and the shower was strong."

"What I found was more inconvenient more than anything else, was the erm clothes hanging solution? If I can call it that. Instead of a wardrobe a hanging installation of circles is provided (in my room at least) for the hanging of clothes. It looks very cool but I was staying for 5 nights and it was just impractical. In the space of the hanging circles thing, a rail could have been put instead. It was ok, I made it work by double and triple hanging my clothes, but I would have preferred a rail or wardrobe."

"I really enjoyed the spa it was clean and had good facilities. I would recommend it to others to try. I didn't book the breakfast so I cannot say anything about it. If you're not a breakfast person there are many cafes around the hotel, all a short walking distance away."

"I think they should get rid of the carpet. Also there should be more storage in the rooms to hold clothes, I was only there for a few days but it was still annoying as there wasn't enough space for all my clothes, let alone my wife's."

"Superb location easy to get everywhere. The rooms were a decent size and I had a beautiful room on 5th floor. Free water available to refill my bottle everyday and even a cosy outdoor space to sit and unwind. The bed was very comfortable and I could sleep with an open window. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I even could store my luggage for a week whilst I was travelling. Good value for money."

"My lock was broken in the room so I had to switch rooms. Viktoria from Reception did a fantastic and efficient job and moved me to another room. She turned and unpleasant situation in to a positive one for me so thank you so much. The room could do with a fridge. Also my room only had see through blinds in the bathroom. They should put proper blind or stained glass for non visibility. Otherwise everything was perfect."

"The location was ideal as it was very close to the Pernety Metro station. The area had a good selection of restaurants, bars and patisseries. The interior was nicely designed without being too pricey. The facilities were perfect 👌"

"The only negative was noise from the street in the morning. If I stay there again I would request a room at the back of the hotel as I’m a light sleeper."

"The hotel shows great respect for the environment by providing guests with a reusable glass bottle in the room, which can be refilled with water. Instead of offering plastic water bottles, they encourage sustainability — and I 100% support this initiative! I was so surprised and delighted to see paintings by one of my favorite artists, Julien Colombier, all over the hotel — love it! The room was a good size and perfectly suitable for two people staying just one night without large luggage. The bathroom was truly impressive — it had special lighting that made it feel like you were showering under a starry night sky. Such a lovely touch! Soundproofing of the room was also excellent — we barely heard any noise from outside. We also booked a slot to use the steam room. The facility was clean, private, and incredibly relaxing. I’ll definitely come back just for that experience again!"

"I believe the in-room laminated menu could be improved. As a four-star hotel, upgrading it with slightly more premium materials would enhance the overall experience — just a personal suggestion. Also, a few of the hangers in the room were damaged. It might be a good idea to replace or repair them before the busy summer tourist season."
