"The property is very charming and very nicely decorated inside. The location is fabulous, right on the quayside and right next to Sauzon’s bars and restaurants. The kitchen was kitted out with everything we needed and it was great to have a big basement with washer and dryer and a place to store our stuff."
"Rue Bourdelle is ideally located for access to the Le Mans circuit, a 20 minute walk. Self catering needs are met by local shops 5 minutes walk away and the tram stop for the 20 minute ride into LeMans Town Centre is only a 10 minute walk. The house is clean and has a good sized living/dining area and the 3 double bedrooms are all the same size. 2 x WCs is handy. The lovely garden is nice for enjoying evening drinks/meals.When the cost was shared by 3 people it represented excellent value-for-money accommodation in the week of The LeMans Classic event."
