"La capacité de la maison pour 10 personnes. Le nombre de chambres, grandes, avec lits faits et confortables. Les serviettes de toilette. Le grand séjour et son super canapé. La salle babyfoot. Les WC au rez-de-chaussée (avec lave main) et à l'étage. La propreté. Le grand terrain clos pour garer plusieurs véhicules en sécurité. La disponibilité du propriétaire."
"Pour une location prévue pour 10 personnes : - L'équipement de la cuisine est insuffisant en casseroles. Surtout, il manque un lave-vaisselle (dont l'emplacement est vide). - Une seule douche à l'étage. L'installation d'une 2ᵉ douche au rez-de-chaussée serait appréciable (dans la buanderie qui dispose déjà d'un lavabo). La proximité de la ligne de chemin de fer est gênante lors du passage des trains de marchandises."

"Stunning apartment in the heart of Paris. Ideal for those who love walking to discover places. Just about 40 minutes walking distance from Notre-Dame and Eiffel Tower. And the kids absolutely loved the mezzanine bed although they had choice!"

"I feel compelled to write a review since the prior review was so bad that it scared me. My kids (ages 10 and 6), spouse, and I had a very enjoyable stay here! The apartment is exactly as pictured, honestly maybe even nicer than pictured. The THREE bathrooms (2 toilets, 1 shower, 1 bathtub) were extremely clean. The apartment itself including kitchen felt very clean. This felt like a highly spacious way to stay in the heart of Paris. My kids LOVED their rooms and loft area. My 6 year old thought the pull out bed in the living room was the best. She slept like a queen. The location as others mentioned was really good- right near the Concord train station, excellent cafes, stores, gardens, Louvre, and more."

Great location, close to shops, supermarkets, bakery, etc. Mullti cultural area, middle eastern, Indian, Korean, Vietnamese, African, restaurants etc. Tasty Libanese (Le Cedre) on Av de Fontainbleau and yummy Vietnamese (Viet Gourmet) on Av de Verdun, end of road, v good & reasonable price. Lidl 4 mins walk, Auchan hypermarket in mall on way to Le Kremlin Bicetre metro (10mins walk) line 7. Buses and metro frequent to centre of Paris."
